Join us for a candlelit gentle yoga flow aboard The Daffodil boat Liverpool. A Floating Sanctuary on the Mersey

There’s something undeniably magical about stepping onto the Daffodil Boat. Moored along Liverpool’s historic waterfront, this beautifully restored vessel carries a soft nostalgia — warm wood, gentle curves, and an atmosphere that instantly invites you to slow down. Once used as a passenger ferry, the Daffodil has been lovingly reimagined as a floating restaurant and event space, offering an intimate escape from the noise of the city just outside its deck.

A Practice Held on Calm Waters Our Yoga Flow session was crafted to honour that setting — a blend of grounding movement and deeply soothing sound, designed to bring the body and mind into a soft, steady rhythm.

We will move through a nourishing, accessible flow: spacious stretches, slow transitions, and mindful holds, allowing everyone to drop into their bodies and feel supported by the gentle ambience of the river. All abilities are welcome & all the movement can be modified to suit your body's needs.

The gift of Relaxation

The session will close with a mini sound bath, using crystal singing bowls tuned to calming, heart-opening frequencies. As the tones fill the room we can experience a deeply peaceful atmosphere.

A Special Liverpool Experience

Yoga and sound has the power to bring us home to ourselves — and doing it on a historic boat, bathed in candle light, surrounded by the quiet movement of the Mersey, adds another layer entirely.

The Daffodil Boat reminds us how beautiful it is to create moments of wellness in unexpected places. We’re grateful to everyone who can join, and we can’t wait to host more floating sessions soon.
