Beginners Meditation Course

A structured, beginner-friendly meditation course designed to introduce participants to the foundations of mindfulness and meditation in a supportive and accessible way.

Over this four-week course, participants are guided through simple, practical techniques to help calm the mind, reduce stress, and build a sustainable meditation practice. Each session gently explores key themes such as breath awareness, grounding techniques, managing overthinking, and cultivating presence.

The course is designed to demystify meditation, making it approachable for those with little or no prior experience. Through consistent practice and guided support, participants develop tools to navigate daily stressors, improve focus, and enhance overall mental wellbeing.

Mindful Drawing for Wellbeing – Creative Mindfulness & Nervous System Reset

Our Mindful Drawing online workshop is an accessible creative wellbeing session designed to support presence, relaxation, and emotional regulation through simple mark-making practices.

There is no expectation to create “good” or polished artwork; this is a process-led experience focused on awareness, not outcome.

Through guided exercises, participants are supported to slow down and reconnect with the present moment by focusing on breath, movement, and sensation.

The practice helps shift attention away from overthinking and into the body, using drawing as a gentle tool for grounding and self-expression. These sessions are open to all and require no previous artistic experience.

How does it support mental wellbeing

In an increasingly fast-paced and high-pressure environment, Mindful Drawing provides a structured space for pause and reflection. This practice can support mental wellbeing by:

Supporting nervous system regulation

Reducing stress and feelings of overwhelm

Improving focus and present-moment awareness

Providing a non-verbal outlet for emotion

What we explore in the session

Each session is gently facilitated and rooted in mindfulness-based techniques, including:

Mark making: releasing perfectionism through free, intuitive drawing

Breath-led drawing: connecting movement with breath for regulation

Emotion to line: expressing feelings through abstract form and shape

Repetition & rhythm: calming the mind through structured, repetitive patterns

Participants are always invited to share reflections, but there is no pressure to do so.

These sessions focus on gentle, pregnancy-safe movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to help ease discomfort, reduce stress, and build a deeper connection between parent and baby.

Participants are guided through slow, mindful sequences that support strength, mobility, and relaxation, alongside breathing techniques that can also be beneficial during labour.
