One of the things I love about Spring/ Summer is the late sunsets & opportuinity to take our practice outside! Theres something extra grounding & healing about practicing in nature. Throughout the warm seasons we will gather in the heart of Sefton Park to share a simple but powerful ritual: a gentle yoga flow and sound healing session beneath the trees.

These sessions are a gentle invitation back to self—away from screens, stress, and busy schedules. As we move mindfully through soft, grounding postures in a slow embodied flow we begin to reconnect with our bodies, the breath, and the rhythm of nature all around us.

We close each session with the deep, resonant tones of singing bowls, chimes and instruments —a vibrational sound bath to calm the nervous system and invite deep rest.

Who is this for?

This space is for anyone who:

  • Feels overwhelmed or overstimulated

  • Wants to slow down and reconnect

  • Is curious about sound healing and gentle movement

  • Loves being outdoors and in community

You don’t need to be flexible or experienced—just bring a mat, a blanket, wear something comfy, and arrive as you are.
