Mens Mental health week starts from 9th to 15th June 2025. This week is a powerful reminder to focus on yourself, check in on your friends and remove the stigma towards mens emotions.

Let's break the stigma - We need to normalise conversations around mens mental health and encourage men to seek help without fear of judgment. We can do this by checking in on friends, asking important questions and creating a supportive environment to speak out.

Exploring Self care and wellbeing - Self care is important for your mind, soul and wellbeing. Practicing exercise, mindfulness, and maintaining a healthy work life- balance are all things you can do to improve your mental health.

These are all signs that you need to be educated on, to be able to create a change.
