Meet the Team at Flowstate CIC

At Flowstate CIC, our mission is to create welcoming spaces where creativity, wellbeing, and community come together. Behind every workshop, event, and post is a passionate team working to make Flowstate a place where people feel inspired, relaxed, and connected. Today, we’re introducing the people behind the scenes who help bring Flowstate to life: Abi, Sinthia, Ursula, and Inas.

Abi – Founder & Director

Abi is the founder and director of Flowstate CIC and the driving force behind the organisation. She is a yoga teacher, creative workshop facilitator, and jewellery maker, and she created Flowstate with the vision of building a community where people can explore creativity while supporting their wellbeing.

Abi loves bringing people together through workshops that encourage relaxation, creativity, and connection. When she isn’t running events or developing new ideas for Flowstate, she enjoys chai and matcha, spending time by the beach, and soaking up sunshine whenever possible. She describes herself as a bit of a whimsical hippie, embracing creativity, calm, and a free-spirited approach to life. One thing she definitely doesn’t enjoy, however, is winter.

Sinthia – Marketing Intern

Sinthia recently joined the Flowstate team as a Marketing Intern while pursuing a degree in Digital Marketing. Through her internship, she supports the team with social media and marketing while gaining valuable experience in a creative and community-focused environment.

She enjoys being part of a space that encourages creativity and connection, and she loves helping promote the workshops and events that Flowstate offers. Sinthia is matcha obsessed, enjoys networking and meeting new people, and loves capturing special moments. She is also passionate about cooking, often finding creativity in the kitchen as well.

Ursula – Creative Management & Workshop Intern

Ursula is currently studying Business and Finance while working with Flowstate as a Creative Management and Workshop Intern. She helps support the planning and creative aspects of our workshops, assisting with ideas and organisation to help make each session a success.

A true creative soul, Ursula enjoys being involved in projects that combine creativity with practical management. She is famously obsessed with baby pink, which perfectly reflects her fun and expressive personality. Outside of Flowstate, Ursula has a strong love for musical theatre, where creativity, storytelling, and performance all come together.

Inas – Events Coordinator & Content Creator

Inas works as Flowstate’s Events Coordinator and Content Creator, helping organise events while capturing the energy and atmosphere of the community through photos and videos.

Her main goal is to ensure that everyone who attends a Flowstate event feels welcome, included, and comfortable. She has a strong passion for creative wellness and enjoys seeing people come together to try something new, relax, and express themselves.

Inas is proudly coffee-obsessed, a self-declared Pilates princess, and someone who is always filming and capturing moments. When she’s not organising events or creating content, she enjoys reading and unwinding with a good book.
