As the evenings stretch longer and the light softens, we’re opening up space for something simple, grounding, and communal — outdoor yoga in Sefton Park, followed by a deeply nourishing sound healing savasana.
These sessions are free / donation-based, created to be accessible, relaxed, and rooted in connection — to self, to others, and to nature.

Why practice yoga outdoors?
There’s something that shifts when you take your practice outside. The structure softens. The breath deepens. The body listens differently.
Practicing in nature can:
Regulate the nervous systemNatural environments help bring the body out of stress states and into calm. The combination of movement, breath, and fresh air supports a more balanced, grounded state.
Enhance presenceInstead of mirrors or walls, you have sky, trees, wind. It becomes easier to drop out of overthinking and into sensation.
Support mental wellbeingGreen spaces have been shown to reduce anxiety, improve mood, and increase feelings of connection and openness.
Reconnect you to rhythmPracticing with the elements — the breeze, the temperature, the sounds of birds — brings you back into a more natural flow.
What to expect
Each session will gently guide you through:
A grounding arrival into the space
Slow, accessible movement and breathwork
A soft, intuitive flow suitable for all levels
Sound healing savasana to close — using instruments to help the body fully relax and integrate
No pressure, no performance — just space to land.
Sound healing in the park
Ending with sound in an outdoor setting is something special.
The vibrations travel differently in open air — less contained, more expansive. As you lie down, supported by the earth beneath you, the sound becomes something you don’t just hear, but feel moving through the body.
It’s a moment to:
fully switch off
release tension
absorb the benefits of your practice
Community over perfection
These evenings are about showing up as you are.
Some people will be experienced, some completely new. Some will flow, some will rest. That’s all welcome.
It’s less about “doing yoga” and more about:
being outside
moving your body
sharing space with others
