✨ What to Expect

Our session begins with some gentle breath work & grounding leading into a slow flow yoga practice designed to release tension and bring awareness back into your body. You’ll be guided through mindful movement and gentle breath work, easing tightness and calming & grounding the nervous system. We move through themes of Autumn, letting go & heart opening to new possibilities. I work closely with the seasons and the moons & these are always present in my classes.

From there, we journey into deep relaxation, cocooned in the beautiful trees of the palm house as the sound of crystal singing bowls and chimes fills the space. These soothing vibrations work on a cellular level, encouraging the body to rest and the mind to let go.

It’s a beautiful invitation to simply be — to find stillness and clarity amidst the noise of everyday life.

🕯 Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to have yoga experience? Not at all. The session is open to everyone, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or completely new. Every movement is guided gently and can be adapted to your body’s needs.

What should I bring?A yoga mat, water, a blanket, and anything that helps you feel cosy — perhaps a cushion, an eye pillow, or a warm jumper.

Can I come alone?Absolutely. Many people come solo and find comfort in the collective calm of the group. It’s a safe, welcoming space to unwind and reconnect with yourself.

Is this suitable if I’m stressed, anxious, or burned out? Yes. The combination of slow movement and sound healing is especially effective for calming an overactive nervous system. It can help you feel grounded, clear-headed, and deeply restored.

🌿 Why Sound & Movement Together?

Yoga prepares the body to receive; sound carries us deeper into surrender. Together, they create a powerful synergy — helping us release emotional tension, regulate energy flow, and tune into our natural state of harmony.

Tranquil Tuesday invites you back home to yourself — where simply existing is more than enough.
