💚 Why This Matters

We believe wellbeing looks different for everyone. Sometimes you need emotional support, sometimes practical help or connection to community — and often all of these at once. At Flowstate, we’re committed to making finding support easier by:

  • Highlighting trusted local charities and organisations

  • Linking you directly to services and resources

  • Signposting support based on the type of help you need

Whatever you’re going through — you are not alone.  Our directory will continue to grow in 2026 as we deepen partnerships and help connect people with the support that matters most.
