As the seasons shift and the days begin to shorten, it’s the perfect time to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself. Our Gentle Yin Yang Yoga & Soundbath sessions are designed to help you ground into autumn’s energy while finding harmony between movement and stillness. Beginner friendly with no experience necessary.

What to Expect

We begin with gentle breathwork to quiet the mind and prepare the body, followed by an introduction to asana — simple, accessible yoga poses that invite openness and ease. From there, we flow through a grounding Yin Yang sequence: balancing gentle, strengthening movements with restorative stretches that allow the body to soften and release.

The practice then transitions into a deeply immersive meditative sound bath, where the resonant tones of singing bowls and other instruments encourage deep relaxation, inner calm, and energetic balance. This unique combination of yoga and sound healing creates space for stillness, reflection, and renewal.

How It Can Feel

Participants often describe the experience as grounding, nourishing, and deeply restorative. You may leave feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected — both to yourself and to the changing rhythms of the natural world.

Practical Details

  • Duration: 2 hours, including time for reflection and a gentle sharing circle at the end.

  • What to Bring: Comfortable clothing and an open heart. Mats are provided but please bring any extra blankets, eye masks or anything that helps you to feel comfortable

This is an opportunity to honour the equinox energy, celebrate the change of season, and take time for your own wellbeing. All levels are welcome — no prior yoga or meditation experience is needed.

Join us as we move into autumn with softness
